Please call 212-241-8947 to make an appointment. Our receptionist will schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Please note a few important appointment policies:

* If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.

* Unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance, our policy is to charge for missed appointments at the rate of a normal office visit. Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments.

* Please bring imaging studies including CT and MRI scans as well as x-rays that have been previously performed. Also bring prior consult notes and operative notes to your appointment.

* Please have your insurance information ready when making your appointment.

* Dr. Lonner and our staff do their best to make your visit pleasant, informative, and efficient giving you a treatment plan that is customized to your needs or those of your child.
